As we prepare for our upcoming Arrow of Light (AOL) Crossover Ceremony, please review the important notes below.

Due to Ash Wednesday services taking place in the sanctuary, the entire crossover ceremony will be held in the Fellowship Hall.

To remain respectful of those attending services:

• Please stay inside the Fellowship Hall only

• No running or yelling indoors

• Parents/guardians must escort children to and from the restroom

• Please help remind your Scout (and family members) to be mindful and respectful during this time

Event Details

📅 Friday, April 17, 2026 – Saturday, April 18, 2026
🕡 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
📍 Dave & Buster’s, Mall of New Hampshire (Manchester, NH)

This is the first-ever overnight lock-in event at Dave & Buster’s. The venue will be closed to the public after 9:00 PM for safety, and access will be limited to registered participants only.

Who Can Attend

• Family registration required - siblings welcome

• Maximum 2 Scouts per parent/guardian

• Open to all ages and ranks

• Space is limited — early registration is encouraged

What’s Included

• Overnight experience (sleeping is optional)

• Unlimited gameplay on non-redemption games until 1:30 AM

• Late-night ice cream buffet

• Movie night with popcorn and boxed theater candy

• Unlimited soda, juice, tea, and coffee

• STEM activity for Scouts plus an event patch

• Full breakfast buffet Saturday morning
  (scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, and seasonal fruit)

What to Bring

Sleeping space is limited. Please bring essentials only:

• Sleeping bag and pillow

• Toiletries (as needed)

All participants must depart by 8:15 AM.

Power accommodations can be arranged for participants who require C-Pap devices.

Join us as we celebrate Scouting, our Pack, and the achievements of our Scouts at our annual Blue & Gold Banquet.

What to Bring

Families are asked to bring a dish and coordinate with your Den Leader. Each den should work together to evenly provide:

• Appetizers

• Dinner items

• Desserts

Please bring enough to share with your den mates, which will ensure plenty of variety for the entire Pack.

Drinks will be provided, but families are welcome to bring their own if preferred.

Special Ceremony

Before the banquet, we will also celebrate our Scout Crossover Ceremony, recognizing our Cub Scouts as they advance to their next den level in the Sanctuary
